Seattle Indies Expo returns in-person on Sunday September 4, 2022 @ Motif Hotel

Seattle Indies is excited to announce that Seattle Indies Expo (SIX), the largest annual celebration of Pacific Northwest independent games and game creators, is back in-person in 2022! We are excited to return to our usual location at Motif Hotel on Sunday September 4, 12pm-9pm. We’ll have 25 of the coolest locally made games for you and your friends and family to sample!

SIX is a fun, free, and family friendly event that takes place on the Sunday of PAX West that is just a few blocks away. You don’t need to stand in long lines, spend tons of money, or worry about badges selling out. Just come right in, play awesome indie games, and chat with the developers to learn about their process! You’ll get to see the next big indie game titles from the incredible Pacific Northwest indie game development scene before anyone else.

But that’s not all! Can’t make it to Seattle for SIX IRL? Then join us for SIX Online on Saturday September 24, 2022 on twitch.tv/SeattleIndies where you will get to see all 25 games that were nominated and exhibited at SIX IRL, meet some of the developers, and have a chance to grab some of the games during our Steam event that will run all weekend during the 24th and 25th.

Seattle Indies is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that builds community and hosts events throughout the year to enable anyone that wishes to pursue game development as a hobby or profession to do so in a safe and welcoming environment. 

SIX is an entirely volunteer driven event run for and by the community. This year we received over 70 submissions and close to 60 volunteer jurors are playing the games now, giving their expert feedback and critique to help us select the best 25 games for you to play on Sunday September 4th.
