Our Return Policy:
- If an item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please return the item to our printer’s facilities within 30 days after the product has been received, ideally in the same packaging that it came in.
- If returning a defective item, please also notify us via email, describing the problem and if possible attaching pictures.
- As a rule, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
Items lost in transit:
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered.
- If your provided address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printer’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to printer’s facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
